TSKhas an Equality Policywhich reflects the organisation’s clear commitment to the people who work at TSKand to Society.

In its desire to promote and implement equality policies in the organisation, the Management of TSK has signed a commitment that establishes:

  • Their commitment to equality.
  • Equal opportunities between men and women as a strategic principle.
  • The promotion and encouragement of measures to achieve effective equality.
  • To pay special attention to situations of indirect discrimination that may occur through the management of human resources policies.
  • The projection of a company image in accordance with this commitment.

To this end, TSK has drawn up its Equality Plan which is intended to be the framework for establishing the strategy and lines of work of the organisation where positive actions aimed at guaranteeing effective equality between men and women are included.

The general objective of our Equal Opportunities Plan is to promote the integration of Equal Opportunities between men and women, in the design, execution and evaluation of all measures and actions that are developed based on the Organic Law 3, of 22 March 2007 for effective equality between men and women, Law 2/2011, of 11 March, for the equality of women and men and the eradication of gender violence, of the Principality of Asturias, and Royal Decree-Law 6/2019, of 1 March, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment and occupation.

This plan is registered in the corresponding Register of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy.
