TSK selected by Go Energy for a Green AI hyperscale campus in Huelva

9 December, 2025

Go Energy announces the launch of TRON, which it defines as “Europe’s first Green AI hyperscale campus, to be developed in Trigueros, Spain.

Go Energy Group, a multinational green hydrogen company headquartered in Dubai with offices in Tokyo, Houston, and New York, has selected TSK to develop TRON, a new project in Spain. It is a “green artificial intelligence hyperscale campus”—and, according to the company, the first in Europe—to be located across the municipalities of San Juan del Puerto, Trigueros, and Gibraleón (Huelva).

The facility is planned with a capacity of 200 MW and expects to begin operations in 2028. The campus, situated on the Millares livestock estate, will integrate state‑of‑the‑art data center technologies and operate exclusively on renewable energy.

TRON will be linked to the renewable hydrogen and ammonia project that TSK is also developing for Go Energy and which is in its final phase: this includes a 100 MW green hydrogen and ammonia plant in San Juan del Puerto, and another of 70 MW in Gibraleón (Huelva). As the company explains, this integration will configure an industrial and technological hub.

The planned investment exceeds €1.5 billion and will involve the creation of several thousand direct and indirect jobs. The project enjoys unanimous institutional support and has been declared of general interest and supra‑municipal in nature, reinforcing its strategic role for the region.

Go Energy has assembled a high‑level technical and corporate consortium, with the participation of TSK, Garrigues, and technology partners such as Ally, Power Electronics, Neurair, Value On, and NVIDIA, among other international collaborators.

Once operational, TRON will place Huelva at the forefront in Europe for sustainable digital infrastructure, positioning the region as an advanced node for artificial intelligence applications and high‑performance computing.

The Emirati company also relies on TSK for the development of two renewable hydrogen projects with alkaline technology in the Balearic Islands, and a green hydrogen plant in Almussafes (Valencia).

The experience of TSK and the knowledge accumulated over nearly 40 years across key technical disciplines—together with its track record in industrial plants and renewable‑origin energy facilities—places TSK in an excellent position to provide a comprehensive response to GO ENERGY’s needs within the investment of more than €2 billion that will be carried out in one of Europe’s most relevant Green Hydrogen Valleys.

TSK will participate from the earliest phases of project design and engineering through to execution, alongside the selected technology companies for green hydrogen and ammonia production, designing pioneering industrial plants in Europe that contribute to the industrial development strategy of the Emirati GO ENERGY GROUP in this region.

The international activity of GO ENERGY GROUP, an Emirati company, drives growth focused on the development of renewable energy and industrial projects in the USA, Japan, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Europe. The company’s strategy in Spain centers on Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia, as Spain is a strategic enclave in Europe to supply third countries and contribute to the momentum of this new energy vector. Therefore, the projects the company is promoting in Huelva, which already have municipal approval from the City Councils of San Juan del Puerto and Gibraleón, will be a benchmark for the entire petrochemical and industrial cluster located in this area.

The alliance between TSK and GO ENERGY GROUP will undoubtedly contribute to the specialization and differentiation of both entities in the renewable industrial sector and stands as a global reference in the green hydrogen and green ammonia sector.
