TSK has been recognized in the national phase of the Quality Innovation Award (QIA) with an Honorable Mention in the Large Company category thanks to INMERBOT, an R&D project focused on digitalization and intelligent automation in complex operational environments.

The project, developed between 2021 and 2024, explored new applications of autonomous robotics for industrial inspection tasks. To achieve this, TSK designed:

• Teleoperation software using immersive environments through virtual reality.
• Artificial intelligence algorithms for automatic anomaly detection.
• Integration of advanced on-board sensors in mobile robots.

The experimental phase was carried out at TSK’s electrical workshop, validating the solutions under real conditions and ensuring their robustness and applicability.

The Quality Innovation Awards, promoted by the Association of Centers for the Promotion of Excellence, recognize initiatives with high innovative impact. In this edition, INMERBOT was valued for its ability to combine advanced technologies that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in critical operations.

This recognition strengthens TSK’s strategic commitment to innovation and the development of technologies with dual-use potential, aimed at transforming industrial processes and contributing to safer and more efficient environments.
