Digital Innovation

2024

This project aims to develop an innovative framework for the creation of immersive digital twins in industrial environments, aimed at training and simulation of 3D processes. It will allow the construction of training digital twins that simulate physical facilities and operation and maintenance processes, providing a safe environment where workers can train in complex tasks, improving the safety and operational efficiency of their companies.

In collaboration with large industrial companies such as TSK and Gonvarri, and technology SMEs such as Signal Software and Simbiosys, the project will integrate data from 3D models and industrial control systems (such as PLCs) to replicate both the physical appearance and dynamic behaviour of processes under realistic conditions.

This project responds to the demand for hyper-automation and digitalisation in industry, combining AI, IoT and virtual reality to optimise training and industrial processes. The initiative contributes to the transfer of knowledge and advanced training in the sector, aligning with the objectives of safety, efficiency and technological modernisation in the industry.
