TSK and its subsidiary PHB Weserhütte have recently renewed the Certification by AENOR of the Criminal Compliance and Anti-bribery Management System (SGCPyA) in the UNE 19601 “Criminal Compliance Management Systems” and UNE-ISO 37001 “Anti-bribery Management Systems” standards, the first and most demanding certifiable international standard for developing and implementing management systems in this field.

As it has been made evident in recent times, “Compliance” is everyone’s business, and both renewals are the result of the participation and involvement of all employees and their representatives. They also endorse the firm commitment of both companies to maintain the culture of ethics and compliance which has always distinguished TSK, promoting and reinforcing the established business principles and values, so as to differentiate both companies and maintain their position as leaders in their sector.
