On 4 February 2026, TSK participated in La Paz (Bolivia)  as a speaker at the High-Level Panel ‘Challenges and solutions for financing the green transition in Bolivia: the role of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)’, held within the framework of Global Gateway (a strategic initiative of the European Union to mobilise sustainable investments in infrastructure worldwide)

Global Gateway is the European instrument for promoting investments in energy, transport, digitalisation and sustainable infrastructure, under standards of transparency, financial sustainability and good governance.

European institutional support

The event brought together representatives from Bolivia’s Ministry/Deputy Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy, the European Union Delegation (DG TRADE), the French Development Agency (AFD), German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), TOTALENERGIES, TSK and financial and business actors.

It was also attended by the ambassadors of Spain, France, Germany and Sweden to Bolivia, who gave institutional support to European cooperation and the participation of European companies in strategic energy transition projects.

The debate highlighted that the green transition in Bolivia is fundamentally a challenge of financing and institutional framework.

In the section dedicated to the European private sector’s experience, TSK presented international models of private participation in energy and infrastructure, highlighting the importance of:

• Legal certainty.
• Contractual predictability.
• Sound governance.
• Balanced risk allocation.

This participation reinforces TSK’s position as a European player with experience in structuring complex projects under international standards.
